Replace bitmap and plain text

It would be very nice to have a search and replace for bitmaps.

1. search a bitmap and replace it with another bitmap
2. search a bitmap and replace it with plain text
3. search for plain text and replace it with a bitmap.

Yes, I would like to have that feature, too.

I´ve got a small image "new" on every new feature.
If I had a search-funktion, I could check all new features...
