I'm was looking for a way to create an interactive Troubleshooter. (the thing where you pick a radio button and it tells you what to do, and it usually doesn't solve your problem). Does anyone know of a tool with which to build one? A moderate search of the web didn't yield the information I was looking for, just a lot of people touting their "interactive troubleshooter."
I know these things often fail to satisfy, but I'm hoping to find a way to make one that's useful.
Thanks in advance for the help.
