Good Design Examples? URL's to well crafted help

I'm beginning to use H&M and writing good help is harder than it looks. Is there any URL's to good examples of WEB or HTML help? Is there a location of design guides, like how many sentences in a paragraph or how to space things out in a WEB or HTML help? I guess I"m looking for guidelines and examples of good help files. Thanks for any input.
