The Browser Help export very conveniently stamps each file with the time it was last edited in H&M. This is very useful for me as my project contains about 2500 files, and uploading it to my web site can be long.
However, I've noticed that if you move topics around in the tree, the files whose browse sequence has changed (only the browse sequence, nothing else) keep their old date. So if I rely of the date modified I get brwose sequence problems.
I understand that trying to figure if a topic's browse sequence has changed is hairy, but I just thought I'd mention it in case someone had a solution.
