Polish users have a problem with ALT-S shortcut

Version 3.1 of H&M has new feature... RightALT-S show 'change topic status' dialog. In polish Keyboard this is shortcut to type national character.
Its very hard work with writing long texts now... (it takes more time)

i think that adding some configure options may fix this bug

Seems as if we had to remove the recent new shortcuts...

Whatever shortcut we implement, it creates another problem for someone.
A user defined shortcut list is yet not ready.
