HM not generating a chm file

HM not generating a chm file

I compile the project and specify an HTML help output format. I get the compiler message indicating that a chm file has been created at a certain location, but I go to find that no chm files were created.

HTML Help compiler not installed

The HTML Help compiler was not installed, now its working.
