Popup topics are shown in HTML Help search function

Is it right, that when searching some words the pop-up topics are listed in the made 'chm' file although the switch "export Popup Topics" is on "Create Dual Mode..." ? We use Popup-Topics from the .HLP File and deliver both (CHM & HLP)

The popup topics are additionally included in HTML form, yes. But not listed in the table of contents. Help & Manual does this to avoid potential problems with help calls from applications.

The popup topics should not be listed in the full text search unless they have a topic title (see my answer in the thread http://helpman.it-authoring.com/viewtopic.php?t=639).
