Find & Replace

Hello,

Sometimes I need to find a word that occurs multiple (and sometimes many) times in a document and replace it with another one.
To do this I (obviously) use the Find & Replace function.

I would like to have the search tool automatically jump to the next occurence after clicking Replace. Similar to the MS Office F&R so to say...
Maybe by means of a setting or option? This way users that prefer the current method can keep using it.

Currently, after the word is replaced, I need to click Find Next in order to jump to the next occurence, which is rather annoying when you're accustomed to using the MS Office way of finding and replacing...
