PDF Margins Off

Unread post by Dale Aceron »

I edited the Cover of a Print Manual but then the margins for the output do not matchs.
Are there more settings other than the actual Help and Manual File that may be affecting the margins?

Hi Dale,

What is that shaded background peeking through in your output? Where have you defined that?

Things to check:
  • The drawing mode of the images you insert has a huge effect on how they are displayed. It is quite easy to set a drawing mode that forces part of the image to be outside the rectangle you define for it.
  • If you have selected to use the Master page as the background in the Page Options for the section then the section will use the Master page margins instead of its own margins.

Thanks Tim!
That tip worked. All I did was changed the properties of the image on the Title Page and everything went back to normal.
Thanks again!
