Hello!
When I publish PDF-document from hmxz-project, External topics are numbered with zero. How can I solve this problem?
Best regards,
Kseniya.

Re: Incorrect page numbering in PDF output
Hi Kseniya,
Where exactly are you experiencing the incorrect numbering? If you are getting a page number reference of 0 in the table of contents that means that the <%BEGINPAGEx%> page number reference variable you are using there is for a page that doesn't exist. Note that you can't reference the page numbers of user-defined pages in the table of contents as there are no reference variables for those.

Re: Incorrect page numbering in PDF output
Hello, Tim!
Only links to external helps are numbered with zero in the table of contents in PDF.
For example:
I have two projects: Project_01.hmxz and Project_02.hmxz.
Project_02.hmxz has several topics.
I need only one topic from Project_02.hmxz, for example, Topic_01.
I add Topic_01 in Project_01.hmxz as "Link to External Help".
When I publish PDF from Project_01.hmxz, I get a page number reference of 0 in the table of contents for Topic_01.
If I add Project_02.hmxz сompletely in Project_01.hmxz, PDF's published without 0 in the table of contents, all links're correct.

Re: Incorrect page numbering in PDF output
Hi Kseniya,
Links to external help are not part of the PDF and should not be in the PDF table of contents at all. PDF is not an interactive medium, even though it is possible to pretend it is by tacking on hyperlinks that kind of work. If you have a link to an external document in your TOC then it is 100% correct that the page number is 0, because that page doesn't exist in your PDF document.
