Snippets fail to load when added inside a table cell

Unread post by kathleen_laughlin »

I use a lot of snippets. In earlier versions of H&M, I successfully linked snippets inside and outside of table cells. In the last two versions of H&M, however, the link does not work. I get only a truncated version of the snippet, as shown in the attached image. Am I doing something wrong here?

Thanks,
Kathleen

Hi Kathleen,

Nothing is wrong: You have just unchecked the option "Snippet begins a new paragraph" in the insertion dialog. That creates an inline snippet that only previews a short, truncated version of the content in the editor. It is used for inserting snippet text inside an existing paragraph and will expand automatically when you publish.

To change the setting just double-click on the snippet and check the "Snippet begins a new paragraph" box. 8)
