When I do a preview and I see something I am not happy about (most obvious thing is when a slide is simply superfluous) then it would be helpful to know the number of the slide I am currently looking at. In large screen casts it can actually be quite difficult to identify the correct slide.
The buttons "Next" and "Previous" could provide the number of what's going to be the next/previous slide for example when hovering over the button.

Hi Kai,
That's a good idea. This will definitely be considered.

Good idea. The obvious place is in the top caption bar of the preview window.

Okay, guys. That's pretty simple. Will be part of the next update.
For the time being, download the updated script from this link:
https://www.helpandmanual.com/download/ ... pt-103.zip
Unpack the archive and copy the script file "xplain.js" into the installation folder of HelpXplain, sub-folder \Resources\Scripts. Overwrite the existing script there.
