In the Preview of a slideshow I am missing two things:
1. A command (keyboard preferred) to jump to the first or last slide. This is a must I think.
2. A control that allows me to jump to a particular slide. Nice to have.
Feature request: got to certain slide in preview

Hi Kai,
A preview always starts on the currently selected slide in the slide list.
So to preview at a specific slide, just start a fresh preview. You don't have to close the one running, it will update to the selected slide.
cheers,
Martin.

Marting, that's fine when working on a file, but the keyboard shortcuts can also be very handy when actually presenting stuff, or exercising a presentation.

On the Publish page, try the Slide Indicators or the Slide Thumbnails skins in the dropdown list.
You can click on any indicator/thumbnail to jump to that slide.
In most of the skins you can use the keyboard arrow keys to move to the next slide, and also the PageUp, PageDown keys. I agree it would be handy for the Home and End keys to jump to the first and last slides.
cheers,
Martin.
