This is an error that occurs when the the folder you are exporting to contains a deeper structure with lots of files that Zoom could theoretically index, but then doesn't, resulting in the odd message about a very small number of files actually indexed combined with the confusing statement that the limit has been reached. This is only the second time I've ever seen this and I wasn't able to get any further information from the first customer. Do you have details of the type and number of files in the folder you were using? That would be quite helpful.
