I have just updated to 1.0.2.1080
It's a pity now I have to close the xplain each time I compile in H&M.
The first version compiled the xplain even though I had it open - I didn't need to keep shutting and re-opening it when test viewing in a new compile.
Is there a way to revert this?

Re: File Locking
Hi Alan,
We're going to look into this. The reason is that users were running into all kinds of other problems because the file being edited in HX wasn't locked. However, it will probably be possible to adjust the locking so that an open HX file can still be exported in HM, provided that it isn't unsaved, in the same way that an open .hmskin file can also be used for publishing.

Re: File Locking
Hi Alan,
Please get build 1090 (https://www.helpandmanual.com/download/ ... p-v103.exe). The updated command line compiler now exports Xplains that are currently being edited.
