Hi,
Evaluating trial, trying to move from RH, needing a real teamwork solution.
Having the following in RH...
Project "Common"
/topics/Common_files
common_file_1.xml
common_file_2.xml
Project "A"
/topics/Common_files
common_file_1.xml ***
common_file_2.xml ***
/topics/A
a_file_1.xml
a_file_2.xml
Project "B"
/topics/Common_files
common_file_1.xml ***
common_file_2.xml ***
/topics/B
b_file_1.xml
b_file_2.xml
*** in synch with project "Common" files
After importing projects with H&M, folders and files convert well, but how to indicate synch now?
If there were an option to convert them as snippets, o at least a tweak, tip, any help or ideas?
There is already a lot of shared content to work with and need a smooth tool change.
TIA for your interest

Re: Shared content moving from RH
Hi Eduardo,
At the moment Help+Manual doesn't handle shared content from RoboHelp. However, our developers would be very interested in seeing an example of a setup like this so that they can analyze whether it could be made possible. What we would need would be a demo consisting of two small projects with shared topics. If you could set that up that would be very helpful. If you can, please pack it in a zip and mail it (or a download link) to support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) and we'll get onto it.

Re: Shared content moving from RH
Hi Tim,
Thank you for your response.
We have 9 projects aoround this common project, I will prepare common/shared + 1 project in the zip.
I have to say that this was the only working aproach in newer RH we found years ago, when we had to upgrade from that old WinHelp/Word RH version.
Word shared documents were easy referenced by complete path, now xml files are in relative to project folders, files now need to be replicated and synchronized.
Cheers
