Ewriter and WebHelp skins

I was under the impression that my customized Webhelp skin would also work when publishing as an ewriter file.

That does not seem to be the case. Do you have any recommendations, guidelines for either making my webhelp skin compatible with both or creating a new skin from my Webhelp skin and eliminating the incompatible features/functions?

Hi DeWayne,

My guess is that you are using a V3, V4 or V5 WebHelp skin as your basis. These skins use a different internal structure that we call WebHelp 3.0, and this needs to be eWriter-aware to work well inside eWriter's eViewer. That is why there are separate eWriter versions of several lines of Vx skins. If you use one of those as your foundation it should work fine.
