February brings a slew of updates for Help+Manual 9, HelpXplain and Help+Manual Translation Assistant. They include a wide range of improvements, some fixes for issues and the addition of even more extensive support for the SnipX image format of our upcoming SnipSVG screen capture and screenshot enhancement tool, along with SVG improvements.
