Hi,
I've installed a new font on my computer and it is displayed bold in the project but is shown as regular (not bold) in PDF output. I am trying to delete it from my Windows but it doesn't allow deleting. Is it possible to delete it from Help and Manual or maybe fix something in the settings so that bold can be displayed?
The issue is that I already installed the same font a while ago and all my documentation is based on it. This time I installed it again so that it could be displayed in MS Word, and the problem occurred. The font is HelveticaNeueCyr.

Hi Tansy,
When this happens it means you have a font that should have separate versions for italics, bold and bold/italics, but the files are not present. When you install the font, you need to make sure it is installed completely, with all the files for all the different versions. Fonts like these will also not be displayed in HTML, since they won't normally be present on the server, and they must be embedded in PDF with the PDF font embedding options (and your license for the font must allow you to distribute it like this as well).

Thank you Tim, the issue is so clear now. Even though the bold version was installed, it seemed not to work. So I reinstalled the old font pack over this incomplete\corrupt one and it WORKS. OMG I am so happy, I spent several hours on this and the solution was so easy. Thank you so much.
