Stuck License

Overnight, with H&M open, Microsoft did their "we'll reboot whether you like it or not".

I cannot access our floating license from any other PC. And I can not log in to the PC that WAS using it either (Concurrent floating in use).

SURELY there must be some way of freeing this license without waiting 8 days? That will delay our software release by 2 weeks which is a serious issue.
