Updating invalid hyperlinks with Ctrl+V

Updating invalid hyperlinks with Ctrl+V result in H&M showing a dialog claiming that an embedded image is inserted.
Nothing bad happends when ignored but I think this is a smal glitch,,,

How exactly are you doing this? I tried to reproduce it by copying one link, selecting the target link and replacing it with CTRL+V but it works fine with no message.

I was going to report that this behaviour is not consistent. It comes and goes. Not able to se a pattern. I will report if I find one.
