Returning to an issue I last looked at several years ago, I finally got Steve Butler's excellent tool running and creating JavaHelp from my Help and Manual projects.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do, many thanks Steve. But it creates uncompressed help and I desire compressed help. As far as I can tell from web searches the .jar format is in fact just another .zip but can anyone confirm that? (or point me to a Windows tool for non-developers that will turn a set of files into a .jar).
