Topic Status that produces build error

Hello Tim,

I would like to have a special kind of topic status (e.g. "not ready for shipment"), that produces a build error and displays this, perhaps in the compiler message tab.
The work-flow e.g. would be: I make a partial update, and then I see that I need other information from other people. This information never arrives, and I forgot that there was some info missing. When I make a build, the generation stops with an error and remembers me that this topic is not ready for shipment.
