Publishing tasks enhancement requests

Hi,

having played around with the publishing tasks feature, it is really nice, but there are a couple of little things that would make it easier to use, and totally maintenance free for me:

1. Ability to edit task names by double clicking on the name or by editing in the action edit-popup
2. Ability to move actions between tasks by drag and drop or up/down arrows
3. Ability to add major version/minor version/build version variables to the output file names so that I don't have to rename all my output file names every time I work on a new version
