It's confusing.
In Skin Options: Use Google Web fonts => setting is enabled by default.
In Help for this variable OPT_WEBFONTS I read "Deafult setting disabled (no web fonts)
I'm speaking about Modern Flexible and Advanced Full TOC skins. I have not checked the others.
Also in the Main Help of PP Toolbox, I read that Google Web fonts are used in this new skins.

No need to be confused. By default, these skins are using Google Web Fonts for their own user interface fonts. This is explained here:
