Printing

Unread post by Ted Carlson »

I've been evaluating HelpXplain for use on my site. A couple of my customers took a look at a small test site I set up at https://sandbox.bulletpicker.com. They had 2 questions:

-- How can we print the topic without the large red "Play" button in the middle of the image? (see attached example)
-- Can a topic be printed with all of the images included ?

Thanks,
Ted

Hi Ted,

HelpXplain is a dynamic format that isn't designed for printing. You could just as well try to "print" a YouTube video -- it doesn't really make sense. What you can do, however, is generate a PDF version of your Xplain with all the static slides in it. Put that on your web server with a link, then your users can display or download it for printing.
