Hi Tim,
Am I missing something obvious? My project uses several different HTML page templates. I've got in a bit of a muddle about which topic uses which template, and I want to tidy them up (some are no longer in use). I assumed one of the options in the Report tool would be a list of templates used in the topics, both the HTML page templates and topic templates. But I can't see any reference to templates?
I can do an XML search using Notepad++, but it seems an obvious thing to be included in the reports?
cheers,
Martin.

Hi Martin,
Sorry, but page templates aren't currently included in the Reports tool. Using more than one template is also something that is quite rare, as far as I can see from feedback in support.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for the quick reply. I'm surprised folks aren't making more use of the HTML page templates. You can do lots of customising of the output, such as making changes to the CSS for different groups of topics, and adding various scripts. For example I have scripts for resizing videos, feedback links at the bottom of the page which open a text box, embedding external content in iframes, etc.
cheers,
Martin.

Re: HTML page templates in reports
Hi Martin,
I would estimate that a very small fraction of 1% of our users even attempts something like that. The sad truth is that, contrary to our 1960s expectations that the future was going to bring 3-hour, 3-day work weeks, everyone in IT is overworked and exhausted and will choose the 1-click solution whenever and wherever possible.Martin Wynne wrote: ↑Thu May 26, 2022 7:21 am You can do lots of customising of the output, such as making changes to the CSS for different groups of topics, and adding various scripts.
