H+M to IDML?

Is it possible to convert H+M source files or published output into IDML?

There is no pre-built converter available for this, so no. However, Help+Manual source files are 100% plain text XML, so they are fully accessible if you want to write your own converter. For reference, the Help+Manual XML format is fully documented in the Helpman_XML_ref.chm file, which you can find in the Help+Manual program directory.
