Search Icon not displaying in Published Webhelp Manuals

Hi all,

We have just moved our website to a new IP, and all manuals and their folders etc were copied and moved to a new location. After we published at this new location, the 'Search' feature for searching the published version of the manuals on the website is no longer working and results in a "404 - File or directory not found", despite the manual folders being exactly the same. Does anyone know what might be going on here?

Hi Sean,

Something must be different. For example, the copy program you used to transfer may have changed the encoding of the files or something like that. Rather than trying to analyze the details, the simplest solution is to republish in Help+Manual, delete all the files on the new server and upload the fresh WebHelp version.
