version: 8.4.1
output: webhelp
When clicking a link in the search-results pane, nothing happens. Chrome/Firefox/Edge shows an error:
search.php?zoom_query....0:477:17
cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')
Is this a known issue?
Side note - there are duplicate files in the output (.htm and .html versions). Is it possible this is breaking the search? Both versions of each file show up in the search results, but none of the links work even though their URL's look just like links in the content and index tabs.

Re: Search links not working
Hi Jmc,
Republish to an empty folder, and upload to an empty folder on your web server. Do you still get the same errors?
This means that there are multiple, different WebHelp outputs in the same folder, which you need to fix before anything else. the search index is generated on the output files, which means that all the files will be in the index, including the old ones. The files with a different extension will cause errors, because all the code in the skin assumes that all the topics will have the same extension.Side note - there are duplicate files in the output (.htm and .html versions).
