Experimenting with the keyboard navigation provided by the CoolMax and the V5_Modern_FlexKeyboard_Standard_WebHelp skins.
While the navigation works as expected when the site is initially generated and automatically displayed in my browser. By that I mean if I press ALT-T the Topic header is selected and if I then tab to the Next (page) button and press enter, it scrolls to the next page and if I press enter a second time I find that the Next button remains selected and it jumps to the next page.
When I move the generated HTML to an actual web site however the Next button position selected with the ALT-T, tab, tab, tab does not remain selected, instead it always switches to the TOC, even if the TOC is currently hidden. In other words, If I want to page forward using keyboard navigation I have to repeat the ALT-T, tab, tab, tab Enter sequence every time I want to page forward.
This by the way occurred with un-edited versions of both skins that support keyboard navigation and in both Edge and Firefox.

Re: Keyboard Navigation
Hi Dewayne,
Did you clear your browser cache before testing on the online version? Please email me a link to your online version at support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) so that I can test it directly. It's working fine on the online version of the PP5 help, so my guess is that it is something on your web server that is interfering, or possibly a browser extension you are using that only activates when you are on the web and not on localhost.
