Images not copying from Word, ghost spaces
I am copying text and images from a Word doc, Help and Manual prompts "Convert embedded images now"? BUT the image doesn't display, instead there's just a large empty space where the image should be, which I can't delete. Happens if I only copy one image with text. Any ideas?

Re: Images not copying from Word, ghost spaces
Hi Stephen,
To convert embedded images you right-click on the image and select the convert option in the context menu displayed. That's important, because embedded images occupy a huge amount of memory and resources, many times their uncompressed size. However, if the images aren't being displayed then they are in a format in Word that isn't supported in Help+Manual -- they are probably in a text box or something like that. In that case you would need to export the image from Word and then insert it in HM normally.
