Hi,
I need to import variable in Arabic to HM7 but when importing, the Arabic is replaced by symboles.
I am importing a .txt file in UTF8. The Arabic looks fine in the .txt file.
If it is something that HM can handle, what is the procedure to do it properly? If not, is there an other solution than copy paste?
Thanks,
Julie

Re: Importing variables in Arabic
Hi Julie,
You can't use variable names in Arabic. The names must be in standard ASCII characters. You may be able to use Arabic content in variable definitions, provided your project is set for Arabic. However, Help+Manual only has very limited support for right-to-left (RTL) languages like Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi and we generally do not recommend with trying to manage projects in these languages.
