Licensing Question

Hi,

We have 2 floating Licenses for H+M8.
The Maintenance expired a few months ago (11/2022).
We have purchased 2 Maintenance Renewals. These are of the form XXXXXX-YYYYYY-HMFP

I cannot see how to apply these to our floating licenses in the Floating License Manager.
The 'Add New License to Pool' does not accept these codes.

What, please, is the correct method to apply these renewals to our licenses?

Hi Ron,

Sorry about this -- maintenance extensions aren't supported yet in the manager utility. Instead, just open your own copy of Help+Manual using the same pool and enter the extension codes with the license maintenance dialog in the Help menu.
