Hot key for a quote symbol

Hi,
I use swiss quotation marks in texts. To enter one phrase in quotes, you have to access the panel "Insert object - symbols - quotes - swiss quote" twice. Is it possible to enter the necessary quotes faster, for example, define a hot key, or set it somewhere in the general settings?

I use the open source tool AutoHotkey for this purpose. It has the great advantage that it works globally in all programs, not just in Help+Manual. You can find more information and the necessary script code here: https://www.indoition.com/en/products/a ... tation.htm

AutoHotKey is a great solution. If you need more of a GUI and a wide range of functions, the non-free Phrase Express program is also a good option, which I use myself.
