Can't locate ec-software web link in skin files

I am using the skin named "Flat_Slate_Blue_eWriter.hmskin" I have opened the skin in PPToolbox 4.2.1 and replaced all the EC-software web links except one which I cannot find. There is a picture named "logo-image-desk.png" at the top left of this skin. This picture has a popup text "EC Software Website" and it has a web link www(.)ec-software(.)com. There is an attached picture of the skin and a picture in the PPToolbox. Is this web link in a Baggage File? Where can I find this popup text and web link?

Your copy of the Premium Pack is significantly out of date. The final version of 4.x is 4.4.1. Use the same download credentials you got when you purchased to get the update installer. If you have misplaced them just contact support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) and we'll send you a copy.
