ewriter skin: Howo to change main menue

Hello to all,

How can I change the main menue in the V5 Minimalist Modern skins for ewriter?

I mean this menue:

Can I hide it? Or change it? And why is it bilingual?

You don't change this in the skin. It's a project setting. See here:

On the texts there: You may have those texts in the settings there.

I got rid of most of the menue entries.

Those are the standard eViewer menu items and can't be removed.

Thank you, it worked!
Now I cannot get the order of the menue entries fixed:

Why is the order of the entries different?
And what does the &-sign change? I cannot figure out, how to navigate with the keyboard (ewriter file created with V5_MinimalModern_BlueDiamond_eWriter.hmskin). The ALT key does not do the job.

The order appears to be sorted alphabetically. I'll check this with the developers. Also the & function, which I think is supposed to give you ALT navigation options.

That ist what I supposed, so I tried it. But the ALT key does not do the job, as I wrote earlier. Why does not it work?
