Output Format: Webhelp and eWriter
Issue: When the option "Export Webhelp with UTF-8 BOM (recommended)" is enabled, the "DOCTYPE html" declaration becomes garbled, resulting in page display problems. This seems to affect all Skins associated with "iframe".

Hi Tom,
We initially thought this wasn't an issue because it wasn't reproducible on our systems. However, further investigation has revealed a possible issue in some configurations. We'll keep you posted here as soon as we have more details. We may also ask you to provide some sample files we can test with on the email support channel you've already opened.
