When inserting a topic link normal procedure is to scroll down to wanted topic and then continue scrolling if target is an anchor inside the topic.
Selecting a target link when a project contains ca 1000 topics and some topics contain 10-30 anchors is time consuming.
To avoid all that scrolling, I click on the 'target' topic in the Table of Content section and then on the target link's tab - Topic Opinion and then copy the target link to clipboard with Ctrl+C.
My suggestion is to implement a keyboard shortcut that copies the topic Id of current topic to clipboard.
Even better would be a function that copies both target topic Id and anchor Id (if an anchor is selected) and a function that inserts both when creating a new topic link.
Suggestion of improvement for projects with many topics and huge number of topic links and links to topic+anchors

Half of this is already implemented: Copying in the TOC is smart. If you press CTRL+C in the TOC and paste in the TOC, you get a complete copy of the topic. But if you paste in the editor you get a link to that topic. This also works with multiple TOC topics: If you select multiple topics in the TOC with CTRL+Click and SHIFT+Click and then copy them, pasting them into the editor gives you links to all of them. Note that you can also create a link by dragging a TOC entry into the editor and releasing it there.
Copying an anchor from the editor as a link is an interesting idea. It might be tricky, but I'll pass it on to the developers anyway.
