Hello,
I've been noticing this issue and thought I'd ask if it's expected behaviour.
In my project's current location, the project search path for the Master Snippets topics is as shown below:
If I move my project to a different folder, all the project search paths get updated to the new location, as shown below:
I would expect the paths to folders inside the project to be updated, but the Master Snippets folder is an external folder, and its location always stays the same.
This means that any time I move a project, I have to re-add the Master Snippets file path to the project.
Shouldn't external folders retain their file path?
Ingrid

Re: Project Search Path changed when moving project
Hi Ingrid,
Internally, the search paths are relative *unless* the target is on a different drive. That is the only case where they are absolute. Normally, the only reliable way to have the search paths remain "permanent" when you move a project is for your graphics and snippet file folders to be inside the project folder. Then, since the paths are relative, they always remain valid. And then all the components of the project including external assets like graphics and external snippet files remain part of the project.
