cursors

I am trying to add cursors to my screen shots. Originally this worked, but now, all cursors are coming in blank. I cannot see any cursors when I add them.

Has anyone seen this, and have a solution?

Mike,

Have you made any changes to your graphics card configuration recently? Also, are you using a multiple monitor system? If you are, try making your screenshots on the primary monitor only. Problems are often experienced with screenshot applications on secondary monitors.
