Problem with Cyrillic symbols

When I compile to CHM my help file written in Russian, some parts of text appear incorrect (i.e. non-Cyrillic) — something like Ïàíåëü èíñòðóìåíòîâ

The point is that everything is OK in H&M 4.15, but the problem occurs when using H&M 4.20, though all project properties are the same as previously

We unfortunately have a tiny bug regarding East-European languages where some entities are encoded as entities which is not correct for some languages. We are working on a fix.

The bug only occurs when you export ANSI encoded HTML. If you switch UTF-8 encoding on (Project > Properties > HTML Help > Export Options) the HTML is correct.

Well, I switched to UTF-8 but the problem is still unresolved. What's more, some of the styles appear incorrect in this case.

May I ask you, when the next updated build will be?
