Video Screen Capture
Is there an easy tool to capture my desktop screen movement? I'd like to post a video (preferably not flash I guess) of navigating my software/website for demonstation purposes.

Ryan,
Flash would be best as it is a lot smaller than AVI's, animated Gif's etc.
Impict does not capture movement - Although I would love EC Software to bring out flash production e-learning software - hint hint.
There are several programs out there to easily produce Flash e-learning.
Viewlett Builder by Quarbon is one of them. (spelling may be wrong)
Robo-Demo by E-help is another.
There are others as well - do a search on the web.

ScreenFlash from http://unflash.com also looks potentially interesting. It's inexpensive, too...
