If in my H&M settings for HTML, I select "Reduce dimensions of large screenshots", the hotspots sizes are not reduced accordingly and are misaligned.
Any workarounds for this other than to guess where to put the hotspots?

You're absolutely right. This is a bug in the current version and I don't see a workaround except not to use the automatic size reduction for the time beeing or to make the images that contain hotpots small enough.

Hot spots misaligned in Beta 2 version also
Alexander,
I recompiled my project using the Beta 2 release and the hot spots were misaligned in some of my Impict images. I had to fall back to the 3.25 release and call in the graphics again in order to straighten things out.
