Apostrophe in TOC makes error in compiling

Hi,

I need to compile a project in Ukrainian to Visual Studio Help format. It contains apostrophes (querstion marks) in words, for ex, обє'ктів, I cannot miss it, that would be a spelling error.

But H&M (latest release) cannot compile it

Could you please work on it! It is very important

Please make sure that the apostrophes are not also in the topic IDs, that is the most likely cause of the problem. You should not have any trouble if they are only in the topic captions or headers. If this is really happening please mail me a small demo project to support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) and we'll check it right away.

Hi Tim,

Well, I tried to remove apostrophes, this didn't help. So it may be another problem.
I created an example project and is sending to you.
To reproduce a problem:

1. Open the project
2. Run Visual Studio Help compilation.
3. Open ...\Example_for_HnM_developers_UA\~tmphxs\Example_for_HnM_developers_UA.hxt with Notepad.

You can see some strange symbols (as though the encoding is incorrect). For ex

Problems:
- The compiled file opens with an error and without TOC
- When I try to compile the project further (to add keywords) these symbols are not recognized In other languages (Russian, Georgian, Azeri latin) no such problems are found.

Ukrainian language is installed.
