Premium Pack 3 Local Without WebServer Option
I purchased the new premium pack so we could use the new local without webserver option. We have users who get access denied errors when trying to use the files we push to their PCs. When I go to publish the files using a new skin, I don't get the options on the publish screen like the ones that are detailed in the Help. What do I need to do to get those new options when publishing?

Hi Adam,
It sounds like something is quite wrong here. First of all, make sure that you have updated Help & Manual 7 to the current version 7.0.8. That is essential, the new Premium Pack skins won't work without it.
Also make sure that you have the current Premium Pack update. We have already corrected a couple of issues. The title of the help chapter in the main Help & Manual help should be Help & Manual Premium Pack 3.02 if you have the update (the help is updated automatically when you install it).
Then make sure that you are actually selecting one of the new V3 Responsive skins when you publish, and select the "Local without Web Server" option in the Include Options box in the Publish screen when you publish.
Finally, make sure that you copy ALL the files and folders from your output folder to the computer where you are going to be viewing the help. WebHelp 3 has a lot of files and several sub-folders in the output folder and you need all of them.

Re: Premium Pack 3 Local Without WebServer Option
Thank you. I must have chosen the wrong skin previously. They had the name "responsive" in the file name, but apparently were not the new ones. I'll give it another try with the correct skins.
