Need help customizing responsive skin

Hi!
I love the new responsive skins in PP3, but i have a problem. I am trying to customize a copy of the "Minimalist_Plain_White" skin and can't find where i can change the bit in the top righthand corner; the text and links to 'EC Software website', 'Tutorials', 'Resources' and 'Information' and the options below these. Can you help me please?
