could you fix skin: iPad+AndroidTable.hmskin (Premium Pack 3.02) so it would work on Windows 10 devices please?

That skin is for those tablets only. It is so specific that updating it for Windows 10 is not currently viable, although we may make a completely new version including Windows tablets in the future. At the moment you can use the normal V2 WebHelp/EWriter skins for Windows 10, or the V3 Responsive skins, which work for everything.
