Dear all,
When publishing to PDF the table of contents always starts at chapter 1, followed by 1.1, etc.
Is it possible to start at chapter 0 followed by 0.1 etc.
I have searched through this forum but was unable to find the answer.

Currently the numbering starts with 1 and isn't configurable. However, there are some workarounds and we may be able to add a setting for this -- please check your email, since you asked this question first by mail we've already sent you comprehensive answers there.
