would be nice to spread H+M over more than 1 screen, e.g. project explorer on screen 1 and editing window on screen 2.

Hi Björn,

You can actually already do this, just not with the main editor window. To undock the editor, first right-click and select the option to open the topic in another tab. Then double-click on the new tab to undock it.

In addition to this you can also undock the Topic Options and XML Editor tabs in the same way. All the plugins (ChatGPT, DeepL and PDF Review) and the Search Results panes are also undockable.
